Executive coaching is 100% focused on practical, measurable results through a ‘nowhere to hide coaching’. The coaching programme ensures that the client achieves results faster and with longer lasting impact than more traditional coaching approaches.

Sandra was certified through The Centre for Executive Coaching back in 2010. Under the stewardship of their founder, Andrew Neitlich, Sandra was trained in over 25 different executive insight tools and assessments to support leaders with whatever problem they face.

Coach Agency


Executive Insight provides a pool of expert coaches, working at executive, senior and middle management coaching. All of our coaches are vetted, have significant business experience and are passionate about helping clients succeed. We shortlist a pool of coaches, depending on the needs, values and culture of an organisation. Our clients have worked across all sectors of industry and many are experienced in not for profit, healthcare and education.

Leadership Development


Sandra is an experienced leadership development facilitator. She has worked with multiple senior leadership teams across many different sectors. Her work helps teams align to their vision and be held accountable for shared delivery of outcomes. She is passionate about enabling leaders to show up as their best selves, work in high performance (cross functional) teams, understand and work with their strengths and blind sides and learn key strategies to maximize engagement from teams and key stakeholders.

Sandra draws upon a wealth of knowledge including: Emotional & Spiritual Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Myers Briggs Profiling. She is continually expanding her knowledge base through reading, listening to podcasts, interviewing high profile leaders and participating in a wide range of on-line programmes.

Executive Retreats


Executive retreats are for senior leaders operating at director or executive level. The event is designed to take time out of busy lives, to reflect, review and redefine leadership purpose. Its focus to create and align with a future that is inspiring, connected to core values and built upon strong faith and belief in self.

Bringing together like-minded peers, retreats provide a wonderful rich community for those seeking support, inspiration, challenge and accountability.

Female Leadership Development


My deep desire is to help women step into their fullest leadership potential, leading with heart and authenticity.

Women leaders have to give themselves permission to be themselves, believe in themselves and have the strategies to make a bigger impact in the world.

The Women Leaders Association (WLA) is a leadership programme for women who predominantly work in the corporate sector.
